Amazing and super friendly people! 👏 I had a horrible experience with my former landlord that I rented from for 5 years. In the month of November I was informed that my rent would be raised up $500 more in January for a trailer that was falling apart and full of mold. ($1200 a month) Me and my family quickly started searching and found Tennessee Homes. The process was super simple. They let us look at different homes they had available. Some in town and some out of town. Every house we looked at was in new or very well maintained condition. Everything we went and looked at had CHA, washer and dryer hook ups, and was furnished with a stove and refrigerator. Some properties also had a dishwasher, backyard shed, or attached garages. Thier business is local in town and easy to find. We sat down with them and discussed in great detail the rental agreement unlike alot of other landlords that just try to rush you into renting something without knowing everything about the home. Payments are easy and can be gave to them in person or put in a 24 hour drop box. They are pet friendly which is a big plus to anyone looking to rent or buy a home. They do ask for a pet deposit but well worth the price compared to everyone else. Most all landlords these days refuse any pets or crazy pet deposits. All of thier rentals from what I've seen are rent, rent to own, or buy. I highly recommend Tennessee Homes. 👌

I've been renting for over a year from Tennessee homes. Mr.Hobbs is a respectful man he works with you the best he can.You can't ask for a miracle but he will do his best. His office and staff have always been very nice. Any time there has been an issue they work fast and get the job done. I really appreciate everything they have done.
